Remote Control option is provided as an optional accessory together with all our instruments to allow Polymer Char engineers to access and to control them when agreed from the Service Center located in our headquarters.

All Polymer Char instrument software packages have been designed as a Virtual Instrument, monitoring the status of all instrument hardware. Thus, Remote Control accessory becomes a powerful tool since it provides an immediate diagnosis when required and advises the User on the needed actions.

Remote control can be established by two means:

Only internet access is needed to establish the connection with our Remote Control system. An appointment must be previously set, typically by e-mail or telephone, to be attended in the most efficient way. The engineer will give detailed instructions in order to set up the Remote Control connection.
